Cookies and browser storage
What supports sign-in, language and privacy choices.

What browser storage does
Cookies are small values kept by your browser and may be sent with requests. Local browser storage can also keep preferences. Not all browser storage is advertising or analytics.
Storage used by the service
- Sign-in and session data supports authentication and protected access.
- A language preference remembers English or Chinese.
- A consent-choice cookie remembers the choice made through Cookie settings.
- Cloudflare security features may set cookies when needed for the enabled protection features. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Only essential cookies and browser storage are currently used. Optional analytics, advertising, session replay and support widgets are disabled. The Cookie settings button below lets you clear a previously saved optional-cookie permission; it does not turn these services on.
Analytics and session replay
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not enabled. Before either is activated, we will update this page to explain its purposes and provide any required choices.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking session storage may sign you out or prevent protected features from working. If the site shows a Cookie settings control, use it to revisit choices managed by that interface. It does not delete all provider data or control unrelated browser settings. See Privacy policy for data requests.
