Who we are
ClaudeAnatomy is operated by JohnYuan, based in China, and serves users worldwide through claudeanatomy.com. This policy explains the information used to provide your account, favorites, content access and support. For questions or data requests, see Contact.
Data and purposes
- Account and sign-in information: name, email, profile image when supplied, authentication identifiers and session records, used to sign you in and protect the account.
- Registration security records: sign-up IP address, country and language are recorded by authentication security logic for security and account administration. These records are separate from optional analytics.
- Favorites and access records: saved figure identifiers and entitlement/version records, used to display your Library and deliver the content your account may access.
- Support information: the messages and details you choose to provide, used to respond and investigate issues.
- Technical request information: network address, browser information and request/error records may be processed by hosting and security systems to serve pages, detect abuse and diagnose faults. This is distinct from session replay.
- When sales open: order references, payment status, purchased product and entitlement details will be needed for billing and delivery. Stripe is planned for checkout; payment-card collection will be handled by the configured payment provider, not requested through support.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides infrastructure and email services. Hosting, content delivery, security and transactional email use the information needed for those functions. Email-and-password and Google sign-in are the selected login methods. If you choose an available Google sign-in option, Google exchanges the profile and authentication information needed to log you in. Stripe is planned for payment processing when sales open. These providers also describe their handling of information in their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not enabled. We do not currently use them to collect analytics events or session recordings. Before enabling either service, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law. Accepting an optional-cookie preference does not activate a disabled service.
Sharing and retention
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the service, and may disclose information to meet legal obligations, investigate abuse or resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; applicable data-protection requirements continue to apply to that processing.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account, fulfill purchases, offer support and meet applicable legal obligations. A deletion request may be subject to exceptions for financial records, security or disputes. Backup copies are cleared through regular backup cycles.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, restrict processing, object or withdraw consent. Use Contact to make a request. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on it. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal duties or resolve disputes.
Security and updates
Access controls and account authentication help limit access; no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or card numbers to support. We will update this page when the operating details or enabled services change. See Cookies for browser-storage details.
Adult audience
The service is intended for adult self-learners, teachers and adult higher-education users. You must be at least 18 and meet the age of majority applicable where you live to create an account or purchase. A teacher demonstrating material in class does not authorize accounts directly for underage students. This audience rule does not replace applicable privacy or consumer-protection obligations.
