Refund policy
No voluntary refunds; mandatory rights and delivery corrections remain.
Last updated: 2026-10-15
Scope
This policy applies to the one-time digital-library purchase. Sales are currently closed. When sales open, please review the offer, previews and terms before paying.
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer a voluntary refund for changing your mind. Read the public explanations, watch the recorded previews and check compatibility and the package description before purchasing. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any cancellation, refund or remedy rights that apply to you by law.
Duplicate charges and non-delivery
An accidental duplicate charge or a failure to provide the purchased access or files is not treated as a simple change of mind. Contact support with the order reference and account email. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate correction, which may include restoring delivery or reversing an incorrect charge, subject to applicable obligations.
How to raise an issue
Use Contact to explain the issue and provide your account email and order reference, if available. Do not send full payment-card details. We will review the request and explain the next steps. The time for a corrected payment to appear may depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Updates are not a subscription
The planned purchase includes 12 months of additions and updates from purchase without automatic renewal. Ending that update window does not make downloaded files expire or create a subscription cancellation requirement.
