Terms of service

The account, access and delivery rules for this collection.

Last updated: 2026-10-15

About these terms

These terms apply to ClaudeAnatomy at claudeanatomy.com, operated by JohnYuan in China for users worldwide. They cover use of the website, personal accounts and the digital collection. Sales are currently closed; the purchase terms below describe the offer that will apply when sales open.

Public pages and accounts

Public explanations and recorded previews are available without purchase. A personal account lets you save favorites. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account details. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, misuse the service or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on service access do not remove rights granted by an open-source license.

The planned purchase

US$9 is a one-time full-library price, not an automatically renewing subscription. The offer includes additions and updates for 12 months starting on purchase. You retain the versions acquired during that window, and downloaded files do not expire. There is no promised number or schedule of future releases. Perpetual online hosting is not promised; keep local copies. Before purchasing, review the final checkout total and delivery description when sales open.

Content and permissions

The current collection contains eight illustrations. A preview is a recording; full controls and downloads require the appropriate account access. No lesson-plan PDFs, professional certification or individually commissioned content are included. Code, third-party assets, original explanations and branding may have different permissions: see License and use.

Learning limits and availability

Models simplify real systems. They are educational explanations, not professional advice or validated tools for design, diagnosis or safety decisions. Hosting and downloads may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. We do not exclude obligations or remedies that applicable law requires.

Corrections, refunds and changes

There is no voluntary change-of-mind refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Duplicate charges and failures to deliver must be investigated and corrected; see Refund policy. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date. An update does not revoke MIT permissions already granted or mandatory consumer rights.

Adult audience

The service is intended for adult self-learners, teachers and adult higher-education users. You must be at least 18 and meet the age of majority applicable where you live to create an account or purchase. A teacher demonstrating material in class does not authorize accounts directly for underage students. This audience rule does not replace applicable privacy or consumer-protection obligations.
